Will these two different types of yarn be ok to crochet together?

i am crocheting a blanket and i can't find all the colours i want in the same yarn, i found most of them in a 20% nylon 80% acrylic but there's one or two colours in a 100% acrylic. The 100% acrylic is the same texture and same thickness (8 ply), but i'm wondering if that would change after a couple of washes? Does nylon shrink differently to acrylic?
