Ball python trouble! help please?

Ok so here is my situation. I had bought a baby ball python from petco in mid March. I placed him in a nice 10 gallon tank, a heat pad, hiding log, lamp with a 75 watt heating bulb, and a large water dish. He was very timid at first I would be able to put him around my neck, walk with him, and he was reluctant to strike anyone or anything. I could take him into the TV room and hed be absolutely fine with it. He would never constrict my hand or anything for that matter.So the problems immediately began after I had came back from a week vacation from California. he is currently 22 inches and I had fed him a large fuzzy mouse I had thawed earlier before I had left. The constant temperature while I was gone was 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Right after I arrived I picked him up gently and sat down on a chair in my room. He began constricting my hand vigorously so I gently slipped him off my hand using my right hand. He then immediately turned and made an attempt to bite my left hand. I then brushed it off thinking he was not accustomed to being handled for the week I was gone. So I turned his heat mat on, and his heat lamp as well. the next day he handled fine but he just continued to tighten around my wrist with no intention of letting up so I let him do his thing for as long as he had to until he loosened up. The third time I handled my BP I sat down with him on the same chair as before. he then struck my leg and got me. After a minute later he struck and got my arm. So I guess he was agitated for some strange reason so I put him back in his cage but he would not quit constricting my hand. I then fed a fuzzy to him the 3rd day I was back. He ate regularly and I made sure to wash my hands after handling any food. Again just today he struck at my shirt and started constricting it. He then continued to go in on it as if he was trying to consume the shirt. so I then gently sprayed him with cold water to make him release. I dont know what is affecting my snake he never ever acted out like this or ever constricted my hand as hard as he does now. Any advice to solve this problem would really help. Thanks!
