ok I havent gone to the bathroom for number two in like idk 3 days which isnt bad for me. but im feeling quite constipated kinda and everytime i cut the cheese i check my undies and a thickish meaty skid mark is left behind. I try to go to the bathroom but it wont come out! I'm eating these kashi granola things that have 4 grams of fiber other than the regular fiber one bars that have 9 grams. I know this is gross but can someone help?
