Regarding Watergate... what did Nixon Know about water gate break in and related matters?

I can't interpret the transcripts very well I guess. hat evidence do the transcripts provide that Nixon ordered the CIA and the FBI to participate in the cover-up? Also, what is contained in the transcripts that reveal other things that Nixon didn't want the public to know and might make the public lose respect for the government?
