How high would you let your child's temperature get? I have a 3 yr old that has had tylenol,a bath has 103.9.

trying to decide wether to take hime to Er or wait till Monday. He has a high temp., no vomiting but sounds to me like he might have early signs of bronchitis> he gets that and other sickness easily.Quite a lot .So hot to the touch! Gave him a warm bath, still no shivering hmmm.he needs to shiver to get his body temp down right??
