Who is your favorite evil female character of all time?

My favorite evil female would have to be Empress Jadis of Narnia. She fought a civil war with her sister over the Charn throne and destroyed Charn in the process. Then she usurped the throne of Narnia and ruled for 100 years years ruthlessly exterminating her enemies in the process until the kids deposed and killed her.
