BBC Program about cutting up dead animals aired 2009?

I was watching a program where they showed clips of television shows from 2009 and one of them proved to be quite interesting, all it showed was a dead elephant, a dead giraffe, and a dead crocodile which were all then dissected I believe. What on earth is the name of the show?
