Who will win between a shark or an crocodile?

Surely the SHARK. Because the shark even may make the ship upside down. I want refer it's size now. it's hearet is as big as a car. So please imagine the size of the shark . Not only the size i am refeering to. But it also knows how to tackle the situation,because it is living under the sea.So ,it will win.
