I'm part Spaniard (from Spain) why do I like Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars?

I'm part Spaniard and I like Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, my best friend said that Whites like chocolate and Blacks like vanilla, if I'm part Spaniard, why do I like these chocolate bars? Are Spaniards white? Does Ethnicity play a role in what I like to eat or not? Can I be part Spaniard and like Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars? Please Help!
