uggh.. heres my problem.. xD i'm tall 1,68m and i weight.. w8 i'll see now xD 65,3 kg.. O_O" T^T darn thats a LOT!! T^T i wanna be like no more than 51-52 kg.. how can i lose weight healthy (i don't wanna starve T^T i tried but 1st its no use (i can't lose any weight) and 2nd its rly painfull! XD) soo how can i lose weight healthy and not get the yo-yo effect (like if when i lose like 10 kg, i'll gain 10+ a lot more after that) .. ):
