Help me with graphics cards?????

i am looking for high end cards.i have pcie 2.0 in my board.all i want to know is about the size considerations of these cards with my atx motherboards......can i fit any card with atx formfactor motherboard if i have a large enough case.........because i have a full tower atx case......
