What do you think of affirmative action?

While I understand the theory and underlying purpose behind it, hiring unqualified people just to fill a quota is not the most efficient way of running a company, government or business. Those with the correct and developed skills should get the jobs. If you want the job, prove that you are qualified to fill the responsibilities of said position.
