Should overhead tank in bldg should be made of cement or plastic sintex tank would be a better option?

I would like to instal overhead tank in bldg by removing M S Tank which has been corroded and would like to ask, whether cement tank should be made or plastic sintex should be installed, bec water becomes hot in plastic tank, kindly give your valuable opinion.
