Did the Welsh and Cornish have their own monarchy?

not sure about the cornish but i do know a lot of cornish people an they don't regard themselves as English ,they are celts., same as the welsh and yes the welsh did have their own monarchy. the last prince of wales was llewellyn ap gruffydd some times known as the black prince. when he died so did the monarchy wales have never had any prince of wales since then. i don't cl these pretenders in london as anything other than what they are. a bunch of !!!!!!!!!!!!
